Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, if you would like to request a custom order, you can email orders@anguskirkby.com.

 

What size are your jackets?

All jackets are available in size 6-14.  If you have a specific size requierment, please email orders@anguskirkby.com.

 

How can I pay?

We only accept online payment via Paypal

 

How long will my jacket take to arrive?

When ordering a jacket from the website, your order will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase and will be sent via express DHL.  If you order a custom jacket, we will liase with you so that you know exactly when your jacket is ready for shipment.

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we are sure that you will love your jacket, but if you would like to refund or exchange within 10 days after you recieve your item, and you haven't worn it (aside from infront of the mirror - ofcouse!) then we will be happy to accomodate.  Simply email us at enquiries@anguskirkby.com  Please note in the event of exchange or refund, you are responsible for the shipping back to Shanghai.
