If for any reason you are not satisfied, our policy lasts for 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we are unnable to offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags attached.
In order to process your refund/ exchange, we require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.

All items bought on a gift card are non-returnable and not eligible for exchange or refund.
All sale items are unfortunatley ineligible for exchange or refund.
EXCHANGING FAULTY OR
We only replace items that are either faulty or damaged upon arrival.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item for either exchange or refund. When we process your refund, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the total refund amount.
We recommend insuring any items you choose to return. We also recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking as we cannot guarentee that we will recieve your returned item and will not be held responsible for return items lost in shipping.
